Before you join
You’ll be pleased to know that there are no setup fees or hidden costs whatsoever.
We provide you with signage to place around your fields at public boundaries. Each sign contains the EQUIWATCH support number and your unique location identifier.
Members of the public can phone the EQUIWATCH support number and we’ll handle the rest.
That’s no problem at all. All our plans cover up to 5 horses in a single location. If you have a number of paddocks spread over a wide area, you can easily purchase additional signs to ensure you’re covering all angles.
- Your own unique location serial number printed on your signs.
- Options for text, email and phone call alerts when we need to report an incident or issue to you.
- An account manager who is able to assist with your membership.
- Peace of mind that others are able to keep an eye out for your horse.

It’s super easy.
Once you have a membership, you can cancel at any time and your plan will remain active until the date you were next expected to be billed.
If you need to make any changes to your contact details, simply login to your account using the details you provided when you signed up.
To change the details of a secondary contact (Ultimate Peace membership only), please email email@example.com with the revisions and we’ll update your membership and inform you to let you know it’s complete.
First off, don’t worry, we have you covered!
If your membership includes a phone call alert and you are unable to answer, where possible we’ll leave a voicemail.
For peace of mind, all membership plans come with SMS and email alerts, so there are always at least 2 other ways you will be notified if we need to report anything to you.
If you need to update your payment details at any point, simply login to you account and head to the Subscriptions tab. From there, you will be able to see all the details regarding your current subscription and update your card details securely.
