What is EQUIWATCH?
- EQUIWATCH works by providing a point of contact for people who notice something isn’t quite right with your horse. It could be cast, entangled, stray or a multitude of other hazards that can present themselves.
- We provide you with signage to place around your paddocks, stable or yard with a location identifier that is unique to you.
- When someone spots an issue, they call EQUIWATCH and we’ll immediately inform you, day or night.
24/7 Coverage
Our support lines are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to respond to any calls about your horse.

Multiple Points of Contact
When you’re not available, we’ll immediately contact your secondary contacts to help ensure information reaches you as quickly as possible.

How does EQUIWATCH work?
When someone spots a problem with your horse(s), they report it to the EQUIWATCH support centre using your unique location identifier. Once we have the details, we’ll be in touch with you or your contacts immediately.
How do people contact EQUIWATCH?
We provide you with signage to place around your fields at public boundaries. Each sign contains the EQUIWATCH support number and your unique location identifier.
Can I use EQUIWATCH if I have more than one horse?
Absolutely! Each EQUIWATCH plan covers up to 5 horses in one location.

What size are the signs?
Each location sign is A4 in size, and the horse box signs (available on an Ultimate Peace membership) are a similar size to ‘baby on board’ signs that you see fixed to car windows.
What are the signs made from?
Your location sign will be made from weatherproof aluminium with a robust plastic core. The overall thickness is approximately 3mm.
Each location sign comes with smooth, rounded corners to prevent snagging or injury, and there are pre-drilled holes in each corner to allow for quick and easy attachment.
How easy it is to cancel a membership?
We’ve made it really simple, as just like you, we don’t like difficult cancellation processes.
To cancel your membership, all you need to do is login to your EQUIWATCH account and head to your subscription page.
On there you’ll see a big button which says ‘Cancel’ and once you press that, your membership will automatically expire at the end of your billing period.
That’s all there is to it. No convoluted processes and you are free to cancel at any time.
Will my personal details be shared with anyone?
Absolutely not.
When someone calls the EQUIWATCH helpline, we take down all the details of the call and contact you with the information.
At no point do we share your details with people who get in touch with us.
